The news and new updates for iOS 8 seem to indicate that the newest version, iOS 8.2, will be stringent enough that it will not be possible to jailbreak it. However, current reports say that Apple fans might see a way to go around the operating system's restrictions by the end of the month. 

Courtesy of prominent jailbreaking development team TaiG, the iOS 8.2 jailbreak is speculated to be released on March 27, coinciding with the 2015 Mobile Security Summit. This year's MSS will tackle different topics ranging from developers' reasons for jailbreaking to the more esoteric discussion on the future of the jailbreaking community. In its official website, this year's MSS is expected to be participated in by the most notable names in the jailbreaking industry, and by "staffs from Internet and technology industries. And at the same time, those who are interested in mobile security, bug-finding and iOS jailbreak can also apply." 

Apple's never-ending skirmish with those who want a jailbroken operating system went to a head when the Cupertino-based company released the iOS 8.1.1 update. This patch effectively overcame noted developer PanGu's jailbreak. However, Apple went on to say on its iOS support page that the TaiG jailbreak development team is considered by the company to be one factor for further security enhancements.

TaiG has jailbroken iOS 8.1.1, but the 8.1.3 update addressed the team's exploits, making this version rather immune to jailbreaking. However, TaiG is said to have jailbreaks for iOS 8.2 beta 1 and beta 2. On the other hand, Apple is making sure that they keep a step ahead of those who intend to outsmart the restrictions set in their devices. According to a tweet by jailbreak developer and self-professed iPhone hacker MuscleNerd, iOS 8.2 is pretty much un-jailbreak-able at the moment. Furthermore, Apple is already beta testing iOS 8.3.
