New reports claimed that the iPhone 6 price could be cheaper compared to the previous iPhone 5S.

A new report from Chinese media spotted by G for Games showed that the 32GB version of iPhone 6 will cost CNY 5,300 or $850 and the 64GB variant will cost CNY 6,300 or $1010. This is essentially a price drop since the 16GB and 64GB of the current iPhone 5S costs CNY 5,300 and CNY 6,900, respectively.

Apple still has not revealed the official details, including the pricing, of the upcoming iPhone 6. However, Tavis McCourt analyst Raymond James recently released his research note to investors claiming that the phablet version of the next iPhone 6 will have a price of an additional $100 compared to the alleged 4.7 inches model. The analyst added that waiting Apple fans do not mind the additional price based on his own market research and survey,

The Chinese report also added that the iPhone will be released on September 19. Although Apple has not announced the official iPhone 6 release date yet, it was speculated that the smartphone will arrive in the third quarter or early fourth quarter of the year.

This is not the first time that September 19 emerged as the alleged release date of iPhone 6. Last month, reports cited German website apfelpage.de, which reported that the customer support representatives of a carrier in Germany Deutsche Telekom are telling its consumers that the next iPhone 6 will arrive on the third Friday of September. The rumor is believed to be true based on the previous releases of iPhones. The iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c were released on Sept. 20 last year and the iPhone 5 was launched in Sept. 21 in 2012.

According to rumors, iPhone 6 will come in two variants. One of the models was rumored to pack 4.7 inches screen display, which will be the successor of the current iPhone 5S. The other variant is speculated to start a new line of iPhone and will enter the phablet category with its 5.5 inches screen panel.

Aside from 4.7 and 5.5 inches screen display, both models of iPhone 6 were rumored to come with next-gen A8 processor, iOS 8, as well as improved camera and fingerprint sensor.
