iPhone 6 vs Samsung Galaxy F rumored specs comparison: Which smartphone will reign?

Samsung Galaxy F and iPhone 6 are two smartphones expected to engage in a fierce battle later this year.

Samsung and Apple are the two top mobile manufacturers who will release devices in the fall. Below is the comparison of Samsung Galaxy F against the iPhone 6 that can guide users on which smartphone is worth waiting for.

Design – The Samsung Galaxy F is rumored to pack a metal casing in two hues – black and silver. The smartphone is alleged to pack a metal back cover. iPhone 6, on the other hand, may most likely pack the same aluminum casing of the iPhone line.

Screen Display – The premiere Samsung smartphone is rumored to a 5.3 inch screen display with 1440 x 2560 QHD pixel resolution. The new iPhone 6 will pack a bigger screen of 4.7 inches.

Processor – Samsung's handset will pack a Snapdragon 805 processor, although the prototype of the device that leaked online sported a less powerful Snapdragon 801 from Qualcomm. The Apple smartphone is also rumored to pack an improved 64-bit A8 processor and a separate graphics chipset Adreno 330.

Operating System – The Samsung Galaxy F will surely pack the next generation of Android OS. The iPhone 6 will run with the recently unveiled iOS 8.

Internal Storage – Both smartphones will most likely be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variants. However, Samsung's smartphone will include a microSD slot for additional external storage.

Camera – There were whispers that Samsung Galaxy F will pack a 20.7 megapixel back camera. Meanwhile, the iPhone 6 will pack the same 8MP camera but it will be backed up by an improved OIS.

Battery – The Samsung Galaxy F was also rumored to pack more than 3,000 mAh battery capacity. iPhone 6 will sport a battery that could last longer than the previous smartphone. Apple recently introduced a battery that last up to 12 hours.

Other Features – Other features of the Samsung Galaxy F is the IP67 certification or the waterproof feature. Both smartphones will also pack a fingerprint sensor.
