iPhone 6S vs. Samsung Galaxy S6 or Note 5 trade-in deals: Get paid up to $220

Official Samsung website

Samsung seems to be offering something pretty tempting and such is directed to the unsatisfied iPhone owners.

A look at the Samsung promo page, which you can find here, calls for customers who are currently subscribed to leading mobile carriers like T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, or US Cellular to trade-in their iPhones.

In exchange, they get the chance to get any of the flagship Samsung phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S6 or Samsung Galaxy Note 5, technically just requiring them to shell out a reasonable $120.

How is that possible?

Samsung is reportedly ready to cover the monthly cost of your iPhone tab until 2016 once you buy any of their flagship devices. One can save up to $120, but it excludes activation fees, taxes, and data charges incured.

Among the Samsung devices to choose from include the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge+, and Galaxy Note 5. These devices must be purchased from mobile carriers T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, or US Cellular on an installment basis.

Aside from that, Samsung sweetens the pot a bit more by offering $100 Google Pay credit. Customers can use the credit to buy music, movies, or games.

The deal seems pretty tempting indeed and should be something that current iPhone owners may want to consider, especially if they are not that impressed with what the latest Apple smartphone has to offer.

Take note, however, that the offer is valid only in the United States. Hence, buyers who are residing overseas may have to pay the full price of the device of their choice.

It's not the first time that Samsung tried to dangle iPhones to customers. For the ones who want a shift to the Android scene, well here is your chance. Are you ready to make the big switch?
