A new iPhone 7 concept image popped up and it shows off some of the amazing specs detailed in previous rumors surrounding the device. The imaginary smartphone comes with gems of features that, if made real, would put the device way ahead of the competition. 

The new render of the iPhone 7 was designed by Netherlands-based concept designer Yasser Farahi. According to Concept-Phones, it has a sleek and sophisticated design and offers an ultra slim bezel. It retains the current iPhone 6's rounded edges. The pill-shaped volume buttons have been moved to the right side, and since stereo sound is part of the concept, then there is probably a pair of speaker grilles on the top and bottom.

Included in the concept design is a full HD 4.7-inch screen display. Inside, there is a 5 GB RAM, up to 128 GB of storage, and a 12-megapixel camera with OIS and 4K video capture. The imagined smartphone, of course, runs with iOS 9. 

Meanwhile, previous reports dropped that the handset will be encrusted with a sapphire covering material, and its A9 processor would be paired with an M9 co-processor. Also, it will reportedly have twice the RAM capacity of the current iPhone. 

Moreover, a new patent application hints that a joystick may land on the handset to enable avid gamers to have more fun on-the-go. The joystick will allegedly be embedded in the Home button, allowing users to transform it from button mode to joystick mode and vice versa.

The new iPhone 7 is predicted to be released in September, a year after the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were launched. However, the Cupertino-based company has so far not spilled the details about any upcoming Apple device. 

In related news, there are whispers that Apple will release the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus instead of the iPhone 7 that could arrive either in spring or fall this year.
