James Franco denies reports of sexual harassment, just a few days after he won a Golden Globe for best actor for the film "The Disaster Artist."

Franco did not have long to celebrate his Golden Globe achievement, as several women immediately came out to voice their bad experiences with the actor-director just within minutes of his win.

It all started with a couple of since-deleted vague Tweets from actress Ally Sheedy, who worked with him for the 2014 off-Broadway production "The Long Shrift."

"Why is James Franco allowed in? Said too much," Sheedy tweeted during the Golden Globes ceremony. After Franco won the Best Actor award, she tweeted, "James Franco just won. Please never ever ask me why I left the film/tv business."

This was followed by more straight to the point tweets from Violet Paley and Sarah Tither-Kaplan, who called him out for wearing a Time's Up pin, considering how he sexually harassed women in the past.

In an interview with Stephen Colbert's "Late Show," Franco said the allegations are "not accurate," saying that he "had no idea" what he did to Sheedy. "I had nothing but a great time with her. I have total respect for her," he said.

He added that if he did do something wrong, he would fix it. "I have to," said Franco. "That's how that works. I don't know what else to do."

The 39-year-old actor later applauded all the women who came out, saying that it is a good thing that he supports. He added that the whole point of the Time's Up Movement is to listen.

"I am here to listen and learn and change perspective where it's off. I'm completely willing and want to," he quipped.

HBO has since released a statement regarding the actor, who stars in the network's drama "The Deuce," saying there have been no complaints about Franco from the production crew.

In 2014, a 17-year-old Scottish girl visiting New York alleged that Franco tried to hook up with her through Instagram.
