'19 Kids and Counting' star Jana Duggar in courtship?

Fans and viewers of "19 Kids and Counting" cannot help but wonder when Jana Duggar will get married or if the eldest daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle will ever tie the knot and leave her seemingly unending maternal duties in the huge Duggar household. The 25-year-old sweetheart has spent all her life taking care of her sibling pack, which makes people believe that these responsibilities are occupying the time that they think should otherwise be spent for courtship.

But that does not mean that the lovely lady has no suitors that fight for her attention.

According to a source from Radar Online, "Jana has been pursued by several guys." However, "she has never gotten to the courting phase with anyone."

Although she talks and chats with "interested men after church," her pickiness reportedly kicks in and gets in the way. As per Reality TV Magazine, two guys were so into her, they went to her dad for approval. There is no way to know how the patriarch responded but Jana is presumably not interested in either of them.

"She shut it down," the source claims as quoted by Hollywood Life.

"The problem is that Jana is extremely picky. She wants the real deal and won't settle for anything less," the Radar Online insider said.

Besides, the Duggar darling already told People way back that she is waiting for the right time, believing that when "God brings that one along, it will be His timing."

According to Fashion & Style, Jana is not weighed down by the demands of marriage even though her younger sisters Jill and Jessa are on their way to making families of their own. Choosing a partner would not be easy either. The same site cited Jim Bob's statement on People, saying that his eldest daughter's future husband will have to get past her "high standards."

Radar Online also brought up another reason Jana has for setting romance aside.

"She's a midwife, she has a career. She's more goal-oriented than some of her siblings. For her, it's not just about being married," the insider stated.
