Jane (Gina Rodriguez) will find herself removed from the emotional stress of being part of a love triangle in the upcoming episode of the satirical romantic comedy-drama series "Jane the Virgin."

In "Chapter Twenty-Four," The CW synopsis reveals that the new mother has finally found her rhythm in taking care of baby Mateo. While things are looking good for her and her son, she will appear out of sync in the brewing romantic entanglement with Rafael (Justin Baldoni) and Michael (Brett Dier). Is Jane focusing too much on her domestic life that she is now forgetting that there are two hot men vying for her heart?

Meanwhile, Xo (Andrea Navedo) and Rogelio (Jaime Camil) will be forced to perform in a cruise ship after missing their Las Vegas arrangement. The pair is in danger of getting sued and the only way they can think of to make up for the gaffe is to be included in the entertainment of patrons out to enjoy their vacation. Will this be enough to avoid being put behind bars?

As for the rest of the gang, they have their own share of problem to deal with. Alba (Ivonne Coll) has to make a major decision that can affect her whole life. Petra (Yael Grobglas) and Rafael cannot help but be wary of Lachlan (guest star Michael Rady). His recent business proposal seems fishy, and they do not trust him an inch. But this apprehension does not compare with what they will find out next.

The season premiere of The CW series opened with Sin Rosetro calling Michael to set up an exchange: the child for her dragonfly brooch. She said that Jane's son would be returned safely to his parents once she got the incriminating jewelry. The brooch was classified as evidence, as it contained a chip that revealed all the faces Sin Rosetro has changed. With only the baby's safety in mind, Jane, Michael, and Rafael did what the kidnapper demanded, and promptly got Mateo back.

"Jane the Virgin" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
