Series creator and showrunner Jennie Synder Urman revealed during the ATX TV Festival that Jane will finally lose her virginity in season 3. However, she doesn't know how it will play out yet.

"I don't have an image and I don't yet know what it will look like," Urman said of this "Jane the Virgin" season 3 moment, as quoted by Entertainment Tonight.

"There's a lot of pressure on that moment and I haven't drilled down – so to speak – on what will happen," the "Jane the Virgin" showrunner went on to say.

However, Synder Urman has been thinking the approach on how to do it although she feels a bit of pressure in making it worth the wait.

"I have a lot of different ideas on what that will be, and how big to make it, and how many complications and so forth, so I'm excited about that, but also nervous because I want to execute it well," Synder Urman said.

As to who will be the lucky guy, it is highly likely that it will be her husband Michael (Brett Dier). However, there's a slight problem with that.

Fans will remember that in the waning moments of "Jane the Virgin" season 2, Michael was shot by Anezka (Yael Grobglas). There's no telling what his fate will be, but rumors have it he will be in a coma for months in "Jane the Virgin" season 3.

This means that Jane won't get some loving for a while, as "Jane the Virgin" season 3 might focus on her husband's recuperation first. Either way, it will mean much more for the newlyweds when they finally get to do it after the months of waiting.

"Jane the Virgin" season 3 premieres this fall on The CW.
