In the next episode of "Jane the Virgin," Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Rafael (Justin Baldoni) attempt to figure out where to go next after having an unexpected kiss.

The trailer for the upcoming installment, which is titled "Chapter Seventy-Two," was released just recently, and it shows Jane and Rafael having a heartfelt conversation in the kitchen. That was where they kissed unexpectedly while they were talking intimately to each other.

"What was it?" Jane asks the love-struck Rafael. He ponders for a moment and replies, "I wasn't planning it." The young mom looks a bit confused, but Rafael follows up as he looks in her eyes, "The possibility of us which has been there for me at the back of my mind for a long time. I just don't think I can let it go."

Jane looks at him sheepishly as they sit across each other at the kitchen table. The two have fallen in and out of love before; therefore, this time, they understand that they have to tread carefully going forward with their relationship. Jane just ended a love connection with Adam (Tyler Posey) while Rafael is coming off a strained romance with Petra (Yael Grobglas). Nevertheless, it remains to be seen if they will commit to a rekindled relationship or if they will just let it go as a brief moment of affection.

In the last episode, Jane went on a book tour to promote her new novel. Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) and Grandma Alba (Ivonne Coll) came along to show their support. Jane was heartbroken over the breakup with Adam, but her family was there to help her get over it. In the end, they had a fun time as a family.

"Jane the Virgin" season 4 episode 8 will hit the airwaves on Friday, Jan. 26, at 9 p.m. EST on the CW.
