Rapper Jay-Z recently revealed how he and Beyonce had survived their marriage problems.

"The Story of O.J." revealed in an interview with T New York Times Style Magazine how the family had survived some problems along the way, with infidelity being the main point discussed by Jay-Z. "You know, most people walk away, and like divorce rate is like 50 percent or something 'cause most people can't see themselves. The hardest thing is seeing pain on someone's face that you caused, and then have to deal with yourself," he said.

Jay-Z also admitted that it was never easy, and that they "we were using our art almost like a therapy session." He had been hit with issues, including one in 2014 which involved Solange Knowles, sister of Beyonce. Reports say that Solange attacked Jay-Z in the elevator after learning of his cheating of her sister. The incident was caught on camera and was then spread online.

The three released a statement days after this, saying that they had apologized to each other and had put the incident behind them. The same year saw Beyonce and Jay-Z being the center of divorce rumors, as a source claimed that the relationship had gotten into a bumpy ride.

Beyonce in April 2016 released her album "Lemonade," which largely and obviously hinted infidelity. "Hold Up," "Don't Hurt Yourself," and "Sorry" were all pointing towards cheating while "Sand Castles" and "All Night" reeked of forgiveness.

Many fans speculated that the album was revealing what she and her beau had been going through, amid reports of their marriage heading to divorce. These rumors were shut by Tina Knowles, mother of the "Halo" singer, who said that the songs could be about anyone, as she herself had experienced having dealt with lies and betrayal and had eventually healed.

Beyonce and Jay-Z wed on April 4, 2008 though it was only confirmed at a later date.
