Actors Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are reportedly secretly putting up their estate in Pacific Palisades for sale, Variety reports.

According to a real estate insider who told the publication, the asking price for the compound is somewhere around $45 million.

Affleck and Garner bought the house back in March 2009 from producer Brian Grazer for $17.55 million.

The compound covers more than three acres of land and it features a ranch-style architecture designed in the late 1930s by the renowned California Ranch House architect, Cliff May.

The mansion's several recreational facilities include a basketball half-court; a lawn the size of a soccer field; a swimming pool with a cabana; and a terrace that offers a view of the Sullivan canyon.

Affleck and Garner had made several renovations of the house over the years, but during the time of purchase, the compound had five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the report mentioned.

The news may suggest that the estranged couple is getting rid of their family home, but it appears that they may be giving their relationship a second chance.

Despite the news of Affleck and Garner's impending divorce, sources reported that the two are trying to work out their flaws to save their marriage and there may be a very good reason behind it.

Rumor has it that Garner is expecting a child with Affleck. Insiders told OK! Magazine that the couple is not quite decided with their divorce and are getting therapy to work out on their relationship.

Garner was also spotted in Los Angeles last Monday and it appeared that she had a small baby bump.

A friend of the couple told the magazine Garner kept on saying that she's been exhausted lately — a familiar experience she had with her previous pregnancies.

The insider also mentioned that the celebrity revealed she could be pregnant after she'd spent a night with Affleck.
