While BBC is gearing up for the May 2016 premiere of the revamped "Top Gear," Jeremy Clarkson's fans are already waiting to hear more details about his new motoring show on Amazon Prime.

Clarkson parted ways with "Top Gear" when the network did not renew his contract in March 2015 after the host was accused of physically and verbally accusing one of the show's producers. His co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May, together with executive producer Andy Wilman, decided shortly that they would no longer push through with the show without Clarkson.

In June 2015, the former "Top Gear" presenters revealed that they already signed up to create a new motoring TV show for Amazon Prime's Amazon Video. They agreed to appear in 36 episodes in a span of three years.

The new show reportedly started filming in October 2015 at the Algarve International Circuit near the city of Portimão in Portugal. Then in December, the production moved to the Port of Le Havre in the northern part of France where the show filmed with several Maserati Biturbo 430 cars.

Then in February, reports about the show's production in Barbados came out. Based on the photos, the episode that was shot on the Caribbean island will center on the team's attempt to create a new reef by dropping old car parts in the ocean.

On Friday, Clarkson and the rest of the hosts and production crew were seen back in England to shoot another episode of the still-untitled motoring show.

According to a report from Get Surrey, a man named Stuart Cox spotted the presenters driving through the streets of Cobham using several monster truck-type vintage Mercedes vehicles on Thursday, March 3.

"I saw the car go past a few times so I went to be a bit nosey and see what was going on... I was quite shocked when I saw who it was behind the wheel," Cox mentioned in the report.

Amazon Prime has yet to reveal the release date of the new motoring show.
