Brooklyn Nets point guard Jeremy Lin will be spending most of his time during the NBA season in the north to focus on his rehabilitation. Lin and the Nets came to an agreement for the cager to head to Vancouver, Canada to complete his recovery. Lin is hoping for a great comeback in the next season of the NBA.

Lin announced the decision via Instagram. The 29-year-old baller posted a video of him in the Fortius Sports and Health center in Vancouver. In the video, Lin states, "The Nets and I have decided on a real comprehensive rehab program that will have me out here for most of the season. The goal is to rebuild my body from the ground up each and every muscle and joint, not just the patellar tendon."

Lin captioned the post with "Life Update! Did I really say 'congrats on the boys' smh I'm rusty lol."

The caption is prior to Lin's congratulations to the Nets' victory against the Mavericks Dallas last Nov. 29.

The former Harvard University basketball star has been updating his teammates and fans about the development of his rehabilitation program. Lin suffered a severe patellar tendon injury on Oct. 18 as they clashed against the Indiana Pacers.

The player also remains positive and determined to make a great comeback in the 2018-2019 NBA season. Lin, earlier in November, posted an edited picture of him wearing the Nets uniform and extending his arm toward an image of himself in the New York Knicks' jersey. Lin wrote, "Grateful for this journey!! Every peak and every valley has made me stronger and who I am today."

Lin has also been consistent in showing his support to his teammates as they continue on the season without him. Fans of Nets' number 7 player remain supportive of Lin's journey to recovery.
