Netflix has unveiled a new trailer for "Jessica Jones" season 2.

"Jessica Jones" is returning in less than a month and the latest trailer shows Jessica (Krysten Ritter) dealing with her personal issues head-on. The new clip suggests season 2 will pick up where it left off, and even includes footages from the first season. It appears the storyline will focus more on Jessica as she grapples with her reluctance to take on a heroic mantle.

Additionally, the video hints that the main narrative of this season will include a major turning point for Jessica. She might be forced to embrace the heroic role in an effort to protect her friends. She also attends an anger management support group where she talks about her tragic past and what led her there.

Luke Cage might make a brief appearance as well after they starred alongside each other in the Netflix mini-series "The Defenders" back in August.

Late last year, the first teaser for season 2 was released — showing Jessica as her usual, straightforward self. She ended the clip by saying, "If you say, 'with great power comes great responsibility', I swear I'll throw up on you."

A synopsis for the highly anticipated season 2 was also released, which reads: "Now known throughout the city as a super-powered killer, a new case makes her reluctantly confront who she really is while digging deeper into her past to explore the reasons why."

Reports note that the synopsis may be referring to the origins of Jessica's special powers. As fans already know, Jessica was involved in a car accident when she was just a child. She survived, but her brother and parents were killed. A group called IGH shouldered her hospital expenses and it appears they were also behind her special abilities.

"Jessica Jones" season 2 premieres Thursday, March 8, on Netflix.
