The Dillard family is headed back to El Salvador in Central America to continue their ministry work after visiting the United States recently to reconnect with family members and fulfill certain commitments. They said it will take several more months before they get to travel back to their hometown.

"We had a great visit recently to the States and as always it was a little hard to say goodbye! We are headed back to Central America," Derick and Jill write in the Dillard Family Blog, as they share some new pictures taken with members of the Duggar clan.

The young couple earlier shared that they are taking Spanish lessons so that they would be able to communicate better with the locals in El Salvador. They expect that their lessons will get tougher when they return.

"In the weeks ahead, language school will become much more intense as we work to become fluent in Spanish. It will be many months before we are able to make a short visit back to the States again. Here's a few pics as we left this weekend. Please keep praying for us — we are praying for you!" they add.

Jill's sister Jessa will actually be giving birth to her first child with husband Ben Seewald this November, and because Jill has to be in Central America, this means she will miss out on the arrival of her nephew or niece.

Ben and Jessa have managed to keep their baby's gender a secret even to their family members; however, they have already nicknamed their baby Quincy. The couple also said they will not be limiting their baby and future babies' name selection by using just a single letter, just like Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar did to all of their kids.
