Last time on "Jill and Jessa: Counting On," Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard prepared to go to Central America with their baby, Israel, and Derick's mother, Cathy. While Jill admitted that it was going to be hard to say goodbye to her family, Derick said that they are excited for their new beginning.

On Sunday, fans will get a glimpse at the couple's life in Central America as a new promo released via Us Weekly shows Derick, his mom, and baby Israel shopping for rain boots at an outdoor market. In the clip, the 26-year-old was able to practice his Spanish while finding out what it's like to be shop with a baby.

"Shopping with a baby is a lot different than shopping by yourself," said Derick.

At a stall, Derick asked the vendor if she had any rain boots in his size. After struggling to say the number "46" in Spanish, the lady was able to produce the boots and even taught him how to say "rain" in Spanish.

Derick admitted that his Spanish still needs a lot of improvement and said that "there's like, a hundred thousand Spanish words, and I know, like, 136 of them."

Later, Jill met Derick and baby Israel outside the market and she told the two that she just spent some time at a health clinic and that she met a lot of mothers.

Right now, it looks like the couple has adjusted well to their life in South America. They recently revealed on the Dillard family blog that they were able to host their Spanish teachers in their home for meals.

"I feel like the most important thing we've been able to share with them is how important it is to search the Bible for what God says and to be obedient to Him," they wrote.

"Jill and Jessa: Counting On" airs Sundays, 9 p.m. on TLC.
