'19 Kids and Counting': Jill and Jessa Duggar on double date with Derick Dillard and Ben Seewald despite feuding rumors

What feud? The two pairs of newly-weds from the Duggar clan hangs out amidst rumored rift between sisters Jessa and Jill.Instagram

Amidst reports about the feud going on between Jessa and Jill Duggar, the "19 Kids and Counting" siblings went out on a dinner date with their respective husbands on Monday. The very pregnant Jill posted a family photo on Instagram showing the simple dinner that she and her husband Derick Dillard hosted for her newlywed sister and new brother-in-law Ben Seewald.

A caption was enclosed with the photo, saying, "@jessaseewald and @ben_seewald are here for dinner! So fun to hang out with our siblings! #familydinner #19kids #beansandcornbread."

Rumors about the girls' rift was fueled when fans discovered that the 23-year-old older sister is not following Jessa and Ben's accounts on Twitter although the younger one follows Jill and Derick. It seems strange, since Jill is connected to her other family members in their social media accounts except for the two.

Others believe that the bitter feud started because the girls' weddings were held too close together, and Jessa's engagement news allegedly overshadowed Jill's announcement that she is already pregnant.

News of feuding Duggar siblings is very unusual since fans know that the big reality show family is very close-knit. But this is not the first known squabbling between the famous Duggar clan.

When 24-year-old Jana released the family's tell-all biography titled "Growing Up Duggar: It's All About Relationships," the eldest daughter of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar said that she and Jessa didn't get along well when they were young. They were even forced to share the same bunk bed by their parents in order to resolve their constant fighting.

But it seems that all's well that ends well, since Jana and the rest of the 19 Duggar kids get along just fine. The eldest daughter even helped her younger sisters in their wedding preparations.

The family's hugely popular reality show "19 Kids and Counting" is aired and produced by TLC.
