Newly engaged World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) couple Nikki Bella and John Cena will soon tie the knot, but starting their own family is not a part of their future plans.

Bella recently admitted that they will not be having kids. Cena does not want to have children of his own because he thinks his busy schedule would keep him from being a dedicated father. Bella knew Cena's decision even before they got engaged.

Bella spoke with People Magazine earlier this week where she admitted that she has come to terms with not becoming a mom. Despite insisting that she supports Cena's decision no matter what, Bella said she'd be lying if she did not say she hopes Cena eventually changes his mind about being a parent.

"I see him with his nieces and I see him with my cousin's kids, and I know, I know that he would be an amazing dad but I guess that's what makes him amazing about his decision," Bella said of her fiancé.

After five years of dating, Cena surprised Bella and many wrestling fans when he proposed to her earlier this month at WrestleMania 33. The pair has yet to announce their wedding plans but during a post-engagement guesting on the Today show, they stressed that the ceremony won't be held inside the ring. Cena, who previously said he did not want to commit himself to anyone, also shared how Bella changed his perspective on relationships.

"I found the absolute right person," the actor/wrestler said. "A strong person that I consider an inspiration, an equal. Somebody who when I'm feeling down picks me up. Somebody when she's down I can pick her up."

Cena was married to Elizabeth Huberdeau in 2009, but their relationship ended in 2012.
