John Cena and Nikki Bella celebrate their engagement in a luxurious bash.

Nine months after Bella said yes to Cena's surprising proposal at WrestleMania 33, the couple celebrated their love at a "magical" engagement party last Saturday.

The details of the party, which was attended by close family and friends, are still mostly kept under wraps. Guest Olivia Wingen, however, gave a glimpse of some of the girls who attended in an Instagram post, where she congratulated the couple on their engagement.

Cena also took to Twitter the day after to send love to her future bride. "Such a wonderful, meaningful, emotional day yesterday with the woman of my dreams and both of our families," he said of the "Total Bellas" star. "I love you Nicole, you've made me realize the importance of togetherness."

The 34-year-old wrestler replied with, "Aww my Love... It was so magical. Love you too John. "

The couple has yet to reveal the date and the venue of their wedding, but John Cena told E! News last week that he is about go full throttle with the wedding planning.

"It's kind of a special time where there is a little bit of lull and I'm really looking forward to spending some time with Nicole and work on that," he said.

Cena and Bella have been together six years when the 40-year-old wrestler went down on one knee in front of thousands of WWE audiences last April.

Fans of the couple thought it was a very brave move from the wrestler-turned-actor, but Cena later admitted that he was terrified to propose.

In an interview with Yahoo! Be in December, he shared that he was worried about the unpredictable reaction of the audience, adding that they were not particularly fond of him when their tag team match against real-life married couple The Miz and Maryse started. But that all changed when they realized he was proposing.

"When they found out I was making one of the boldest moves of my entire life, 75,000 folks showed respect," he fondly remembered of their special moment.
