Happier times: Josh and Anna Duggar back in 2013.

Former "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar allegedly spent Christmas with his wife Anna and their kids. According to reports, the family flew to Rockford, Illinois to visit Josh in Reformers Unanimous, the faith-based rehab program Josh checked himself in back in August following his child molestation and cheating scandals.

While this news is not corroborated yet, what media outlets believe is that the Duggar family plane flew from Arkansas to the Rockford Airport at the same time as the rest of the Duggar clan spent the holiday at the home of their grandmother, Mary Duggar.

In a video posted on Facebook by Jessa Duggar Seewald that showed the family opening their Christmas gifts, Anna and her kids Mackynzie, Marcus, Michael and Meredith Grace as well as John David, who is said to have piloted the plane, are absent.

This strengthened the speculation that Josh was visited by Anna and her family for Christmas. US Weekly notes that the plane that took them to Rockford is the same plane they reportedly used to visit the Duggar sibling during Thanksgiving.

But a mere visit is not the only thing Anna did for Josh. According to an insider who spoke to Hollywood Life, Anna gave her husband the best Christmas present she could ever offer him -- her forgiveness.

"Anna wants to keep her family together and has decided to stay with Josh and make their marriage work," the source told the publication. "She told Josh that she forgives him and believes in him," the insider added.

The source explained that before Anna reached the decision to give her husband another chance, she was allegedly close to altogether ending her marriage with Josh, who was revealed to have engaged in various online affairs through cheating site Ashley Madison.

Josh was happy about Anna's decision and assured his wife that he will do everything to "rebuild her trust in him" and that he is doing his best to fend off his inner "demons" to make things work again between them.
