'Jurassic World 2' cast news: Dinosaurs rumored to bring chaos to London

"Jurassic World" successfully reinvigorated the franchise, and according to a report from Scified, the sequel is set to make the scale grow even bigger as the dinosaurs are allegedly going to wreak havoc all across the city of London.

"London is the preferred choice," explains the unidentified source. "Other locations are being considered but a city as historic as London would look immense on the big screen being destroyed by the dinosaurs."

The report continues to explain that this may not mean the world is being destroyed by dinosaurs. Fans have pointed out via social media that simple air strikes and pure military force may stop their threat. Instead of a dinosaur-caused apocalypse, the report states that it is more likely the dinosaurs are being used by military forces.

If this proves to be the case then a private military company, a mercenary group or even a terrorist group may have been able to acquire their own collection of dinosaurs such as velociraptors or even their own Tyrannosaurus Rex. This was hinted in "Jurassic World" when Vic Hoskins (Vincent D'Onofrio) mentioned trained raptors should be used by the army.

As stated in a report from Cross Map, Dr. Wu (BD Wong) managed to escape the island and carried with him several dinosaur embryos. It is speculated that Dr. Wu sold the technology to the highest bidders, allowing different military groups to have their own team of dinosaurs.

Wu also mentioned that it was only a matter of time before other people began breeding their own dinosaurs. It is speculated that other breeders may have been responsible for providing dinosaurs to terrorist groups and private military armies, leading to the attack in London.

Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are set to return and reprise their roles in the sequel.

"Jurassic World 2" will release in theaters on June 22, 2018.
