"Just Cause 3" will get a new DLC pack, entitled the "Mech Land Assault," for $12 on June 10. According to IGN, those who have the expansion pass will be able to get the DLC on June 3.

This latest DLC pack will take the protagonist Rico Rodriguez off to a new area: the island of Lacrima. This place houses an abandoned research base for eDen, as well as prison grounds run by the mysterious group Black Hand.  Players will now be given access to two new Mechs as well as a brand new energy weapon, the Bavarian Power Core Rifle. Also, "Just Cause's" infamous gravity gun, the GRIP, will make an appearance in this DLC.

Senior producer Tobias Andersson said, "The new Mechs allow Rico to throw enemies, vehicles, and chaos objects around like tennis balls—increasing the scope for physics-based fun."

He added that regardless of whether the player is juggling a small car or punching helicopters out of the sky, these new Mechs will certainly have the capability to affect their surroundings in a variety of creative, explosive ways. As such, everyone is encouraged to take full advantage of this new arsenal to deliver oblivion to their foes. After all, these Mechs can be used even outside of Lacrima, so players can wreak havoc across Medici. In addition, there will be new Mech arena challenges to help players get more upgrades.

The Mech Land Assaul is part of the Air, Land and Sea season pass for "Just Cause 3." It's priced at $25, and it includes the already released "Sky Fortress" expansion, and will include the last installment for this DLC series, Bavarium Sea Heist once it gets released by the end of summer this year. Players are hyped up with this development; after all, "Just Cause 3" has always been over-the-top when it comes to action, so they're expecting the DLC packs to reach higher heights.
