So far, it is only Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) who has had one-on-one interactions with the rest of the Justice League as he is the individual actively seeking specially-abled people, as seen in the first trailer for the DC Extended Universe film. While everyone brings something to the table when the Gotham hero pays them a visit, it is arguably Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) who has the friendliest and most comfortable exchange with him.

The new version of Batman has garnered so much attention since his debut in this year's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." This iteration skipped the usual progression of an ordinary person's path to becoming a superhero. Instead, it showed a veteran who has gone through a lot of tribulations including going face-to-face with the Joker (Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and even Deadshot (Will Smith), as seen in "Suicide Squad."

Batman's contrast to the younger and more enthusiastic Flash is something that fans can look forward to in "Justice League." Oftentimes, the rest of the DCEU mirrors that of Batman's dark and gritty demeanor which some critics have cited as something that lacks levity. But with the wit and charm of Allen, a more balanced tone for the movie might be achieved. If their short conversation in the teaser clip is any indication, it seems like a more interesting mentor-mentee relationship is planned for the two down the line.

"I think Bruce and Barry get a kick out of each other because they're seeing themselves but reflected in this very warped mirror, you know," Miller pointed out when he recently sat down with IGN to promote his latest gig, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." "Bruce, the aged Batman, is everything that being a superhero means you could become, in terms of being, like, pretty shut down and having seen all this horror. He's like a veteran of this struggle against evil. And Barry is just getting into it, and it seems exciting! And very fun! And so, I think they have a lot to learn from each other, like in any great friendship. I think it's a fascinating relationship."

Aside from Batman and the Flash, "Justice League" will also see the return of Wonder Woman/Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) and Superman/Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) despite the latter supposedly dying in "Batman v Superman." Unfortunately, the Kryptonian is noticeably absent in the trailer for the movie making it more interesting how his resurrection will be staged in terms of narration. Aquaman/Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa) and Cyborg/Victor Stone (Ray Fisher) will make their debut in the DCEU via the film.

"Justice League" is scheduled to hit theaters on Nov. 17, 2017. Prior to that, "Wonder Woman" will roll out a few months earlier, on June 2.
