Justin Bieber's new music video for his latest single "Confident" has been released.

Prior to the release, thousands of 'Beliebers' took to Twitter with the hashtag #ConfidentVideoTODYA to share their excitement for the new music video in the countdown to the new music video's release.

The legions of Bieber fans hope to break the VEVO record today by viewing the music video as soon as is launched. Their goal is to break over 19 million views in 24 hours.

The fans are spreading the word by suggesting they 'open 6 tabs and refresh each minute.'

Prior to Miley Cyrus, One Direction's "Best Song Ever" held the VEVO record for 10.7 million hits in the first 24 hours.

Justin Bieber continues with business as usual despite his recent altercation with the law.

Last week, the world watched as Bieber came before a Miami judge on charges of DUI after he was arrested for drag-racing in his Lamborghini.

The 19-year-old was arrested early morning on Jan. 23 after police officers pulled him over for drag racing in a residential area. The pop star appeared before a Miami judge where he was set $2500 bail on charges of DUI and resisting arrest.

The pop star will be facing the judge again on Valentines Day, Feb. 14, 2014.
