Justin Bieber made headlines once again this week as the singer punched a teenager in the face hard enough to make the fan bleed. Now, the fan, identified as Kevin Ramirez, is threatening legal action against the "Sorry" hitmaker.

According to TMZ, Bieber was in Barcelona and was driving to perform at a concert on Tuesday night when the fan ran up to the singer's vehicle and stuck his hand in the window to touch Bieber. In the video posted by the media outlet, it appears that the star was bothered by the fan's actions and Bieber threw a punch, which landed on the boy's mouth. Ramirez is seen with a bloody lip as he and his friends reacted in shock to the incident.

In a radio interview on Thursday, Ramirez said (via Daily Mail) that he felt "disappointed" and "very hurt" at the "What Do You Mean" singer's actions, saying that what Bieber did to him was "unnecessary."

The 18-year-old also hinted that he might take legal action against the singer, saying, "This matter is now in the hands of lawyers. They will deal with it. I can't give out any more information at the moment."

It was previously reported that the Spanish teenager, a Real Madrid fan, was a minor, but it was later found out that he was 18. Speaking with Spanish journalist Julia Otero, Ramirez said that he never thought that Bieber would punch him.

"When I saw him I took the opportunity to put my hand through his car window and touch his shoulder and face in true 'Affectionate fan wants to touch his idol' style," he explained, adding that the singer could have simply brushed his hand away instead of punching him.

"I was left in a state of shock. I couldn't believe what he did," said Ramirez.

Bieber's reps have yet to comment on the incident, but police reportedly confirmed on Wednesday morning that they are not investigating the incident and that it was up to Ramirez if he wants to lodge a formal complaint against the singer.
