Kate Middleton pregnancy update: Duchess makes last public appearance in style before maternity leave

Kate Middleton has made her last public appearance before taking her maternity leave as her mid- to late April due date nears.

As she wrapped up her royal engagements, the Duchess of Cambridge did it in style. Unsurprisingly, her dress sense did not fail to wow as she wore a sleek fuchsia Mulberry coat, the same (possibly tailored to her bigger belly) one she wore during her visit to the World Trade Center Memorial in December.

The 33-year-old royal mom and husband Prince William went to three destinations. First was in a community center in London. The couple then headed to XLP Arts Project in Gipsy Hill to watch the special performance of the young people there.

Regarding the event, XLP charity founder Patrick Regan told People that "the duke and duchess are here to learn, to understand what the issues are."

"I know the duchess is very passionate about issues around youth mental health – which I think is a huge issue. It's an area that needs to be looked at seriously. And others, like poverty and educational failure and unemployment," Regan went on to say.

The royal pair's last stop was a community bus and mobile recording studio, which was a police riot van before MTV show "Pimp My Ride" stepped in to transform it into something else.

With the duchess' last public appearance prior to her delivery date, the world now awaits for the arrival of Prince George's younger sibling. Hollywood Life guesses that the little one will be a princess, with the site basing its inference on Kate's seeming preference for pink.
