Kate Middleton pregnancy updates: Duchess' severe labor pains? schedule of royal engagements indicate otherwise

Kate Middleton's baby gender is still a mystery. Wikipedia

Kate Middleton was reportedly rushed to the hospital after experiencing severe abdominal pains. The Duchess of Cambridge, who is not due until April, was allegedly scared of having a miscarriage and of her second child being born two months ahead of schedule.

"Kate was frantic. William wasn't home, and she was seriously concerned about the pain she was in," a source told Star Magazine. "She was doubled over in agony, and her immediate fear was for her unborn baby. So she had her aides call emergency services."

This news, expectedly, was proven to be fabricated. Celebrity Dirty Laundry points out that a Kate Middleton in premature labor would have blown up the Internet by now. It was made more outrageous with the tabloid claiming that "the palace went into lockdown" and asked for a media blackout.

If it were true, then it would seem that the Kensington Palace does not give the slightest care about the duchess as it recently released the schedule of Kate's royal engagements. The incident would have been more unfortunate if it was factual as Prince William flew to Japan for his four-day royal tour when the news broke out.

There will be Commonwealth Observance in Westminster Abbey on March 9 and the duchess will be there next to her husband Prince William to join the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles, and the Duchess of Cornwall. On March 11, Kate will visit the National Portrait Gallery in Margate to view the Turner Contemporary Art Gallery that holds the "Self: Image and Identity" exhibit.

There is also a rumor making the rounds claiming that the Duchess of Cambridge, who has never posed for the cover of a magazine, is being courted by US Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour to grace the cover of the renowned publication's September issue. Although fervently wished for, It is yet to be corroborated.

Kate is due to deliver Prince George's younger sibling in April and she will be using up her two months attending to her royal responsibilities.
