More and more problems are coming up for Kevin Spacey in the wake of his sexual harassment accusations.

The actor who is embroiled with numerous accusations of sexual misconduct against several people including crew members of his hit Netflix political drama "House of Cards" has been dropped from the golden anniversary special of "The Carol Burnett Show."

According to Variety, the actor will not be included in the 50th anniversary special of the comedienne's show that is slated to air on CBS on Dec.3. Spacey had already shot his part for the special in Los Angeles back in October and performed a musical number with Burnett, Kristin Chenoweth, and Bernadette Peters. Sources are not sure if his production number will be excluded from the show, but it is more likely that Spacey will not be featured in the final broadcast.

Variety was there when Spacey taped his part and the actor expressed his elation about being a part of the celebration with the magazine, saying that Spacey exhibited great excitement at being a part of the anniversary special and put on a show for the audience in between the acts by doing impressions and doing Tim Conway and Harvey Korman's classic sketch.

Aside from being dropped from the golden anniversary celebration, Spacey has lost all ties with Netflix, with the streaming giant refusing to continue working on the show until the actor leaves. His planned Gore Vidal biopic has also been shelved along with Sony Pictures pulling out Spacey's film "All the Money in the World" from the AFI Festival. He has also been dropped by his agency CAA and his publicist, Staci Wolfe.

In the wake of the wave of sexual harassment accusations coming out and naming their perpetrators left and right, CBS dropped Kevin Spacey from "The Carol Burnett Show" anniversary to distance themselves from the controversy it might bring, especially given the fact that Carol Burnett is considered as one of Hollywood's legendary female icons.

As of press time, the actor is currently in treatment for his behavior, but only time will tell if Spacey will manage a comeback in the movies and television.
