Television star and beauty icon Kim Kardashian confirmed his son Saint is "all better." Kim K then took down rumors about her partying while her two-year-old son Saint West was in the hospital.

Kim and Kanye West's son Saint was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles after the little boy contracted pneumonia last week. Kim later gave an update about Saint's condition. Kim posted a picture of her carrying Saint on Instagram and captioned it with a heartfelt message for his son. "My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV's and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of the year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary," she wrote.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also thanked all the hospital staff who attended to his son. "I just want to thank every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all," she added. Saint is now back at home, and Kim concluded her message with, "He's so resilient. I'm sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint."

After making sure his son is doing better, Kim then addressed rumors about her partying on New Year's Eve and leaving Saint behind. Kim tweeted a strong statement to shut down all rumors. "I haven't heard this BUT lets get this straight. I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay. We were there Wednesday night to Saturday. NYE WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don't even try me when it comes to my kids," she posted.

Many of her fans quickly rallied behind her and defended the star against haters and bashers.
