'Kingdom Come: Deliverance' tips, tricks & cheats: Finding your way through the vast Kingdom of Bohemia

Tips to finding your way in "Kingdom Come: Deliverance's" vast and unforgiving world.Steam

Since its official debut last week, "Kingdom Come: Deliverance" has brought players to its incredible, aesthetically striking, and accurate depiction of the real-life medieval kingdom of Bohemia. But with all its positive points, it is a totally difficult game to instantly get a grip on -- that is one aspect of the game that every player or fan can undeniably agree on.

Now, with all that out in the open. Here is a list of things you can do to successfully navigate through the rich, colorful, and somewhat crazy world that is "Kingdom Come: Deliverance."

Only save the game when it counts

Every player who has indulged in "Kingdom Come: Deliverance" over the weekends (or even weekdays) must know by now that saving in-game is of a rare occurrence. It involves an inn, a bed, and an impressively pricey drink of "saviour schnapps" -- which of course is not something users can buy whenever or however they need it.

So, the best advice there would be is to use it when it counts the most. Don't just drink it all away all at once.

In recent news, developer Warhorse Studios is planning to release a patch for this controversial saving system. But until it does, make every save count.

Observe before engaging in fights

Bohemia can be a pretty unforgiving place for those with a faint of heart, but more so for those who don't think up a sound strategy.

In "Kingdom Come: Deliverance," more often than not, the enemy outnumbers the player so, thinking up a way to fight off the main character's impending demise is something users have to do on a regular basis.

Just observe the surroundings first, before you go drum your chest like a gorilla in the wild. It takes a sound mind and clear judgement to make it out breathing after engaging these hard-to-beat foes.

Study in and out of the game

When fighting strong foes in medieval Bohemia, players realize immediately that they literally need to bump up certain skills in order score a winning match -- obviously because enemies are plenty strong.

And one way to improve your skills without regularly engaging in battles is to take up studying, much like in the real world. By buying scribes form merchants you can enhance certain skills that would be beneficial in acquiring a less-straining win on your character.

However, the studying does not end there. Players themselves should take up reading the story and the details of quests or events. Since "Kingdom Come: Deliverance" is a game that was made to be lifelike, it just follows that you carefully traverse Bohemia just like you would in the real world -- with wit and life skills.

Look out for map markers

Players who have been playing this game for hours at a time will be familiar with the occasional map markers that appear when certain locations are reached.

These locations are really important when a player is just starting out since they often hide trinkets and secret treasures that you can use to improve aspects of your character.

Some of the places you can look are nests, grave sites, and unexplored lands. Just keep both eyes peeled, and you are bound to get a hold of one for sure.

"Kingdom Come: Deliverance" is still riddled with bugs and is in need of improvements.

Warhorse has promised to fix the game's shortcomings.

But regardless of bugs or game difficulty, there is no excuse if you want to enjoy the game.
