"Kingdom Hearts 3" is stirring up some excitement after D23 2015. According to Square Enix director Tetsuya Nomura, apart from worlds details, there will be more details coming including the game's release date.

It was announced during the recent Disney expo that fans will be seeing the adorable Baymax and other "Big Hero 6" characters in the world of "Kingdom Hearts 3."

According to "Big Hero 6" producer Ray Conli, both the animated movie and "Kingdom Hearts 3" have similar themes and bringing them together would generate a more meaningful story.

IGN reported that the game will continue on the story seen in the movie, with Baymax joining in Sora's world. However, it remains to be seen if other "Hero 6" characters will join Sora's party.

After the "Big Hero 6" tie-up announcement, fans are left wondering what other maps will become available pretty soon.

In an interview with Ruliweb, Nomura gave away details of Disney-themed worlds, as reported in Design&Trend.

Apart from "Tangled," Nomura didn't make any confirmations on new worlds set for the upcoming game and he suggested that bringing back worlds from the previous game installments would be limited. Furthermore, two of his well loved creations in the past — "The Pride Lands" and "Halloweentown" won't be featured in the final game.

Instead, "Kingdom Hearts 3" will concentrate more on introducing Disney worlds and bringing in more familiar, classic characters such as Goofy and Donald Duck to become Sora's sidekicks.

"Kingdom Hearts" is considered as one of the well loved game. There may be no formal announcement on the release date of its next installment yet, but Nomura is committed to producing another great game experience for all supporters.

Nomura also revealed that the game's foundations have already been established and the next step will be to introduce various elements, which include character models, mini-games and designing the Disney-themed worlds, as reported in GameRant.

Release date for the game is still yet to be known, but it was confirmed by Square Enix that the game will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
