One of Nintendo's most premium titles, "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," has its massive update out now, and it expands on the already rich and massive world of the high-acclaimed video game. The update contains some items derived from another popular Nintendo title, "Xenoblade Chronicles 2," wherein players can access armor and Amiibo.

In a report by Gamespot, the update 1.3.3 will be giving fans more material by way of an additional side quest. Upon completing the said side quest, players will then be rewarded with the "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" themed armor, specifically, the armor of the character Rex which is dominantly blue in its color scheme. With each completed side quest, one piece of the new armor will be granted to hard-working players.

This may be exciting news for avid Nintendo fans, but that is not all that the update has to offer. According to Comic Book, the patch includes the official release four brand new Champion Amiibo figures that players can collect. Each Amiibo has within them special buffs that are exclusive to each individual Amiibo.

For example, the Amiibo Daruk has the Flame Guard buff, Mipha the Swim Speed Up buff, Urbosa has Electricity Resistance, and Revali has Cold Resistance. For those interested, these buffs may just prove to be useful to players, especially since "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is a particularly challenging open-world video game.

On top of the additional content that the update provides, the developers at Nintendo have also decided to roll out video game improvements to improve the overall player experience. According to Cinema Blend, Nintendo has already fixed a problem in the game wherein for some reason, the X mark for Game Overs was not being recorded in the "Hero's Path" game mode. Additionally, there are other bugs and improvements that was fixed by the update.

The Version 1.3.3 update is now available for both the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Wii U.
