Sara Lance just won't die. The character eluded death in the first two seasons of "Arrow" but when she got shot by arrows in season 3, fans knew that it would be the end for her. However, the character reappears in the upcoming "Arrow" and "Flash" spin-off, "Legends of Tomorrow" as White Canary and the trailer reveals why. 

Based on the trailer, Sara is resurrected by the Lazarus Pit, the same pit that Ra's al Ghul uses to stay young and immortal, and the same one that revived Thea Queen. And just like how it drove Thea insane and violent for a while, the effects will also reflect on Sara. 

During a recent interview with CTV, actress Caity Lotz explained that her character Sara will go through a similar experience that Thea did. The only difference now is that Sara has been dead longer so the repurcussions of being revived via the Lazarus Pit may be more severe and longer-lasting. 

According to a report from Cinema Blend, the trailer for "Legends of Tomorrow" depicts Sara as being more aggressive and ready for combat. The report also cites similarities with Jason Todd, who in the DC comic books was the second person to be Batman's sidekick and don the costume of Robin. 

Jason Todd was killed by the Joker but was later revived by the Lazarus Pit. He went insane, however, and returned to Gotham as the Red Hood and tried to control the mob and to get his revenge on both the Batman and the Joker. It is this agressive insanity that may become the new trait of Sara Lance in "Legends of Tomorrow." 

While it is still unclear if she will be making a return in "Arrow" season 4, it is certain that White Canary will teaming up with Dr. Martin Stein, Atom, Captain Cold, Hawkgirl, and Heat Wave in "Legends of Tomorrow" as they help the time-traveler Rip-Hunter in his fight to save humanity against Vandal Savage.
