Things are a little bit heated on the next episode of Fox's buddy cop television series "Lethal Weapon." Roger Murtaugh (Damon Wayans) and Martin Riggs (Clayne Crawford) deal with a murder incident and at the same time tackle problems of their own in season 2's episode 13.

On the next episode, titled "Better Living Through Chemistry," Riggs is burdened with a personal problem concerning his anger and the way he manages it. Riggs accidentally scratches a stranger's car in the preview trailer for episode 13. When the man asks him "What's wrong with you?" Riggs replies with, "you know there's no quick way to answer that question" and then causes more damage to his car intentionally. Murtaugh and Riggs also find themselves in a bar fight initiated by the latter.

The issue with Riggs' anger results to Captain Brooks Avery (Kevin Rahm) questioning himself and his stature to serve.

Murtaugh, on the other hand, deals with a problem of his own regarding his family, more specifically his teenage son R.J. (Dante Brown). According to the summary description of the next episode, Murtaugh and his wife Trish (Keesha Sharp) will clash involving a big decision for R.J.

All these problems are accompanied by the murder of one of Dr. Maureen Cahill's (Jordana Brewster) escaped patients. The patient "mysteriously goes off the trails" and sparks an investigation. The upcoming episode also reveals a bigger scheme at work that rocks the force.

The previous episode "Diggin' Up Dirt" got over 4.26 million viewers, according to TV By The Numbers. The show is hoping to generate more viewers with the next episode scheduled on Tuesday this week at 9 p.m. EST on FOX.

The show is doing fairly good with critics. "Lethal Weapon" got a 65 percent rating from Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 8.1 out of 10 from IMDb.
