LG G4 Note phablet release date rumors: Can two flagships put LG back on track?

Korean company LG Electronics may be invading the phablet segment soon with the highly anticipated LG G4 Note. Though no actual date has been made official, it is believed that the said phablet could be out by the second half of the year.

During the last Mobile World Congress, LG mobile big boss did reveal that company would be unveiling two premium devices this year. And those two devices could very well be the LG G4 and the LG G4 Note.

The LG G4 could be out by next month. In case you haven't heard, the LG G4 will have a 5.7-inch HD display (3840x2160 pixel resolution) and will boast of a 16MP rear camera and a 5.1 MP front shooter. Though the processor spec wasn't mentioned, the LG G4 will reportedly come packed with 4GB of RAM. It will run on Android Lollipop.

And while that LG G4 may be out this April, a second premium device could follow by the second half of 2015. This is their phablet offering known as the LG G4 Note.

Though no official word has been released yet, rumors bear that the LG G4 Note could come out with specs not far from established tablets in the market like the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 or the iPhone 6 Plus.

According to Phone Arena who believe that they stumbled upon the LG G4 Note (LG LS770) unofficially it could bear a 5.8-inch screen. Aside from that, the alleged device has a 3000 mAh battery as well. Other than that, no other specs were revealed.

With still a couple of months to go, it could only be a matter of time before the actual specs of the LG G4 Note starts cropping up. For now, brace yourselves for the LG G4 and see for yourself if it can truly bring LG among the ranks of Samsung or Apple.
