South Korean mobile developer LG has recently released their new flagship smartphone — the LG V20 — and users who have manage to get their hands on the phone have been giving positive reviews for the new LG device.

The LG V20 comes in a sleek design with a frame dimension of 159.7 x 78.1 x 7.6 mm at 6.14 ounces. The device sports a 5.7-inch high resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels 513ppi display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

Furthermore, the phone is one of the first non-Google devices that will come out of the box running on the latest Android operating system, which is the v7.0 Nougat.

The phone is available in two variants, one with an internal memory of 32 GB and another with 64 GB. Both variants are backed up by 4 GB of RAM and are powered by a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset and a 2x1.6 GHz Kryo Quad-core processor. LG V20 users will also be able to store a decent amount of apps and files on the phone since it is equipped with a dedicated microSD slot that can house up to 256 GB of memory.

As for the V20's camera, the phone sports a dual 16-megapixel 29mm f/1.8 and an 8-megapixel 12mm f/2.4 rear camera that is capable of shooting 2160p resolution videos at 30 frames per second, coupled with a 5-megapixel f/1.9 front facing camera for selfies.

But what makes the LG V20 different from other smartphones today is its removable 3200mAh capacity battery that enables its users to switch batteries as they please.

According to one review, the LG V20 makes for a great audio recording device since it is able to record crisp and high quality audio.

The device also gathered positive reviews for running on the latest Android OS. What's more is that users also enjoyed the phone's wide angle lens that is capable of taking high-resolution photos.

However, despite the positive reviews that the LG V20 is receiving, it is still no match for competing phones such as the iPhone 7 and Google Pixel.
