"Life is Strange: Before the Storm" will rain down on its faithful fans with three distinct editions of its limited edition versions, complete with vinyl soundtracks.

Publisher Square Enix and developer Deck Nine are being quite generous with their game since they have given fans a lot of options for the physical copy of the prequel released last year. It should be noted, however, that all three physical versions being made available are only for the United States since the more affordable standard version will not be released for the United Kingdon, as seen on the Square Enix website.

The cheapest one would be "Life is Strange: Before the Storm" standard physical copy edition, whose price may range from $30 depending on the store or the country, and it contains just the game and a disk for the game. This means any subsequent downloadable content (DLC) will have to be bought separately by the owners.

For those in the UK, there is also a Limited Edition, which apparently is not available in the US, and this version includes an artbook and CD soundtrack, along with some digital extras from the season pass for the game. This means all future DLCs will likely be free or discounted. These include the bonus episode featuring Max Caulfield and some extra outfits for Chloe all for £34.99.

Both countries will be getting the Vinyl Edition, whose difference is that it includes a physical vinyl soundtrack and a CD one as well, which explains the mark-up in cost, which is now £59.99 for the UK and $69.99 for the US. That said, Metro.co has claimed that the price is quite reasonable and affordable for a Vinyl Edition, so fans would do well to take advantage of the deal.

They also might want to decide fast since those who pre-order both limited and Vinyl editions from the website of Square Enix will get two physical figurines Chloe & Rachel, which they will receive along with the physical copy. All three versions are set to be released on March 9.
