"Little Nightmares" is getting a Complete Edition for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It'll be available for purchase at retail stores starting Oct. 27.

The Complete Edition of the beloved puzzle-platformer will come with the full game and a voucher for the season pass. If players decide to play the latter, they will be greeted by a nice surprise — three brand-new missions that tell an alternate story. This alternate tale comes with a brand-new protagonist called the Runaway Kid. Similar to Six, the protagonist of the main storyline, Runaway Kid's quest also revolves around evading monsters and escaping the deadly world known as The Maw.

The first chapter's trailer, "The Depths," has already been released. The second chapter is coming sometime in November, while players will reportedly have to wait until January 2018 for the final third chapter.

The trailer for "The Depths" features the Runaway Kid traversing through and running across bleak environments. Most of the trailer takes place in what appears to be a series of underground sewers and landscapes that are partially submerged in water. The new environment also hints at monsters of the aquatic variety and puzzles involving water.

Players will be taken to new places in the Maw, places that Six had no access to in the original story mode.

The Complete Edition of "Little Nightmares" will be available for $29.99. Alongside the announcement of the Complete Edition, an accolade trailer for the game was also uploaded to Bandai Namco Entertainment America's YouTube channel.

"Little Nightmares" was developed by Tarsier Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It was first released in April for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

In the game, players take control of a young child named Six who is trapped in the nightmarish world of The Maw. The game relied on puzzle solving and evading monster and received mostly positive reviews. It garnered a score of 4.5/5 on the Microsoft Store.
