The third and final story downloadable content (DLC), "The Residence," for "Little Nightmares," a puzzle-platformer horror adventure game developed by Tarsier Studios and published by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment is now available.

BANDAI NAMCO announced that "The Residence" was released on Feb. 23. According to BANDAI NAMCO, the third and final DLC of "Little Nightmares" will give the answers players have been asking for since the beginning of the game. "The Residence" follows the story of The Runaway Kid as he explores The Lady's private residence. He will have to escape the shadow enemies summoned by The Lady herself and solve puzzles to survive The Lady's abode. With only his flashlight to help him, The Runaway Kid will have to repel the horrifying illusions and escape the traps set in the library to shed light on the darkest secrets of The Maw — the reason why The Lady is always wearing a mask and the identity of the Nome that Six ate.

According to the Steam page of the game, "Little Nightmares" is a dark, whimsical tale that was created to help people confront their childhood fears. The game centers around the story of Six, a starving nine-year-old girl who was taken from her home to The Maw — a huge, mysterious vessel inhabited by sick and powerful creatures. Six must defeat The Lady, the ruler of The Maw.

Another protagonist that was introduced in the game was The Runaway Kid who is starring in "The Residence." The Runaway Kid is another child taken from his home. He, like Six, is trying to figure out a way out of the haunted vessel they were taken.

"Little Nightmares" is available for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at $19.99. "The Residence" DLC retails at $3.99.
