London Mega Conference to be Broadcast by TBN

Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) is finalising plans to hold its 15th annual ‘International Gathering of Champions’ (IGOC) conference, 20-27 August.

|TOP|KICC recently announced that the conference will be broadcast by popular US based Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

TBN’s popular ‘Praise the Lord’ Programme will be recorded live from IGOC in Hackney, East London, hosted by KICC’s Senior Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo.

TBN is the largest Christian television network in the USA and transmits Christian programming into the homes of millions of viewers across the globe. The ‘Praise the Lord’ is known for its exuberance and practical teaching and has a large viewership within the Christian community worldwide. Pastor Matthew expressed his enthusiasm saying; “This event is very exciting. The International Gathering of Champions will have the opportunity to be a blessing to all TBN viewers around the world”

The programme will be shown on TBN Europe, which is broadcast on the SKY Digital channel 763 in the UK.

Recently having won an Oasis Award for ‘Conference of the year’, the international conference has fast been establishing a reputation within the Christian community—both in the UK and globally— as thousands of people from around the world make plans to attend.

The conference will bring together some of the most influential Christian leaders, such as KICC’s very own Senior Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Dr Dipo Oluyomi and Bishop John Francis from the UK; Bishop Eddie Long, Dr Mike Murdock, Pastor Robb Thompson, Pastor Jamal Bryant and Marcus Lamb from the USA; and Pastor David Oyedepo and Bishop Tudor Bismark from Africa.

Worship will be led by gospel favourite Judy Jacobs, gospel recording artists Israel Houghton and Martha Munizzi. The highly praised KICC Mass Choir will also be ministering throughout the week.

Since its inception, the numbers at IGOC have been increasing year after year, and it is anticipated that at least 160,000 people will attend this year’s conference.

This year’s conference entitled ‘Kingdom, Power and Glory’ will focus on the dominion authority of believers.

Pastor Matthew commented on the event saying:

"The International Gathering of Champions will challenge every believer to rise up to a new level and declare victory in every area of life where there has been defeat. The believer’s heritage contains the promises of God and we aim to make sure every born again believer knows who they are in Christ and the privileges that they have in Jesus."

Registration is only £10 and allows access to the daytime School of Ministry taking place at 10am and 2pm Monday to Saturday. Alternatively, delegates can pay £5 per day. Evening sessions and Sundays are free.
