WWE 2015 news: Longer feud between Cesaro and Kevin Owens benefits the WWE?

Kevin Owens has so far been involved in a constant feud with Cesaro and from the looks of it, the two will be facing each other more.

Unlike the time when Owens faced Cena, these two have been into quite a rivalry. Although it doesn't look like a main match caliber, the animosity and tactics of both are turning into something pretty interesting, despite being in a mid-card level.

The question is that no matter how exciting it may be, how long will it run?

Owens may be facing Ryback soon for the big guy's Intercontinental title, but the rumored tiff could not end the rivalry between the two. Owens has since been out of the titled wrestler picture; hence, it does make sense for him to try his luck on the Intercontinental title after failing to snag one from John Cena while the latter was still the U.S. champ.

And as everyone knows, that last submission loss he had against Cena demoted him to the mid-card level, not to mention less time on the microphone. But then again, he could work his way back toward it and it looks like it will come with Cesaro also benefitting from it in the process.

Owens targeting the Intercontinental title could be successful or not, especially if Cesaro sticks his nose into it. With the two figures wanting to get at each other's throats, not to mention intervening on each other's match, this feud may go on for a very long while.

How long? Well it could end up matching the two for a best of five or even a best of seven series, using maybe different stipulations. It has happened before with others who have long rivalries like Booker T and David Benoit for one.

Why would the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) do that? The rivalry has been something to watch. When they face, the outcome seems unpredictable despite the fact that Owens is up against Cesaro.

But looking into their matches, one would notice the level of competition that both have despite Owens outthinking Cesaro for most of their matches lately. But don't be surprised if Cesaro evens the score at some point, starting with a possible Owens vs. Ryback match at WWE Night of Champions set for this month.
