The MacBook Air 2016 is bringing some new features that prospective owners can look forward to.

Although Apple has already released a MacBook earlier this year, they are, apparently, not done yet, as their 2016 model is promising to be bigger and better than what they have previously offered.

Considering how silent Apple has remained on the topic of the MacBook Air 2016, it can be difficult to figure out what people can reasonably expect from the upcoming laptop, but rumors online are attempting to give people some ideas.

First off, the new laptop will supposedly be using the new Skylake Core i processors from Intel, according to Android Origin. As people might expect from a new processor, Intel's latest product will enable the MacBook Air 2016 to run faster and better than its predecessors and it will even come with DDR4 support.

The new MacBook Air will also reportedly be slimmer than its predecessors. Slimmer proportions are always welcome with a laptop that will likely be carried around everywhere, so anything amounting to a drastic reduction of required storage space for the MacBook Air 2016 will likely make it more appealing to buyers.

To the surprise of no one, the new MacBook Air 2016 will reportedly feature Force Touch. This feature looks like one Apple is intent on pushing to their fans, and it seems to be a good bet that any new laptop will come with it.

As for when people might be able to reasonably expect the MacBook air 2016, surprisingly enough, the new laptop will supposedly be released by November of this year, according to Geek Snack.

Apple has mostly stuck to a cyclical calendar when it comes to releasing new products, and that cycle suggested that the new MacBook Air would be available around March of next year.

If the rumors saying the new laptop is being primed for a November release prove to be true, then that could mark the first in what may be a chain of changes Apple would make to their calendar.
