The third season of TNT's television police procedural series "Major Crimes" has finally wrapped up but the mayhem in and out the division is yet to be tied up in a pretty bow. In fact, the shenanigan will not be slowing down for everyone at all. 

Bustle recognized that the season that finished on Jan. 12 has netted a larger viewership, which only called for a new season without question. This has led fans to speculate when the series would return, even though it's only been a few days since its fresh and temporary departure. 

While it may be too early to put a finger on the premiere date of the fourth season, Bustle surmised that the continuation of the turmoil in "Major Crimes" will come as early as June this year. The second and third season of the show were premiered in the same month, and the site mentioned that the schedule is "working so well" for the TNT series. This may very well be exploited by the creators of the show come the new season. Carter Matt agrees, adding that a change in schedule is not at all necessary. 

In the two-part finale of the third season that was aired on Monday, a familiar face no one wants to see again showed up. Zap2it called it an "unpleasant reunion for everyone involved" when serial rapist and murderer Phillip Stroh (Billy Burke) found his way to the place for a transaction with the Major Crimes Division. The felon, who was jailed by Brenda Leigh Johnson (Kyra Sedgwick) on the series finale "The Closer" back in 2012, did not look like he turned away from transgressions. 

His comeback should mean something and fans will have to remain wondering until "Major Crimes" comes back for its fourth season. Details will sprout as this day looms in, of course. The great thing, though, is that viewers already have an idea when the TNT series will hit their television screens once more to answer all their questions.
