Love appears to be sweeter the second time around for Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd. Though the two are keeping quiet about their rekindled romance, the couple was spotted looking very happy to be together again.

New photos on Us Weekly shows Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd holding hands outside West Hollywood's Craig restaurant on Monday, May 11.

The Ukrainian dancer was dressed in a white shirt, jeans, and a grey beanie, while Murgatroyd was wearing a short black dress and accessorized with a black Chanel bag.

Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd dated for 10 months in 2012 and 2013 and were once again spotted together in New York City last January.

Earlier this month, Murgatroyd spoke to Radar Online to confirm that they are indeed back together, but they choose not to talk much about their relationship.

"We're a private couple and like to keep our private lives to ourselves," Murgatroyd said. "Although I've been on stage and in front of cameras for fifteen years now, I don't think I can ever get used to a camera in my face with everyday life."

"A relationship is sacred," she added. "I love that we save that only for one another."

Two weeks ago, Murgatroyd took to Instagram to share a photo of her with her boyfriend, all glammed up for the 10th anniversary of DWTS as they smiled widely for the camera and it was captioned, "Straight up cheesin." On May 5, Murgatroyd took to the photo sharing app again to share a photo of the two of them, this time dressed casually and sitting on a couch. The shot was captioned, "Ice packs and #dwts".

"They're fully back together," a source confirmed to Us Weekly. "Peta was wary at first since they fought so much and ended on such a bad note the last time, but he has been working hard to really be a good guy to her and show her that he's changed."
