Reality TV star June Shannon has been rushed to the hospital after losing sight in both eyes.

On Friday's episode of her new weight loss reality show on WeTV, "Mama June: From Not to Hot," the mother of four was immediately rushed to the ER by her current partner Geno Doak after waking up blind in both eyes.

According to reports, while traveling to the hospital, the 38-year-old reality stat can't help but express her fears on the possibility of going completely blind.

"What if they have to operate? This is my good eye. If I lose total sight in my left eye, I'll be blind. He could tell me there's nothing he can do."

According to the doctor's diagnosis, Shannon suffered from a detached retina. However, they were able to quickly operate on the eye and reverse the damage it has caused.

Shannon disclosed that her eye problems started when she was born. During the episode, she told Alana (Honey Boo Boo) and Geno that she was born with cataracts in her eyes. And that four years ago, she lost sight on her right eye.

But despite the successful surgery, Shannon still fears that she will one day lose total "independency" in her eyes and will not be able to see her daughter Lauryn's new baby.

June Shannon first graced reality TV in "Toddlers and Tiaras" where her daughter Alana was a mainstay and went on to make a name for herself as an over-the-top stage mother.

Recently, she lost a ton of weight through gastric sleeve surgery and went on to star on her new reality show "Mama June: From Not to Hot," which is currently airing its second season on WeTV, documenting her road to losing weight.

"Mama June: From Not to Hot" airs every Friday 9 p.m. on WeTV.
