Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley fight news 2016: Bradley to take aim at Pacquiao's weak spot

Timothy Bradley Jr. is preparing for his third meeting with Manny Pacquiao this April 9, although not too many are betting on him to come out as the winner.

Even though he does have one win under his belt from 2012, the fact remains that many felt that the outcome was a robbery. And Pacquiao proved all that with a 2014 decimation of Bradley, which sent the American boxer into a temporary spiral.

That was before he changed trainers, though. After a long-time partnership with Joel Diaz, Bradley replaced him with Teddy Atlas.

If his last fight against Brandon Rios was any gauge, then fans may just see a different Bradley this April. But then again, there are some who believe that Bradley won because Rios was simply not well conditioned.

Bradley will need to find a weak spot on Pacquiao to gain some leverage; and although it may be something that people will find despicable, his shoulder will likely get a lot of hits from "Desert Storm."

Just like in any battle, hitting a suspect area that could be the turning point is not really something that comes as a surprise. Even if it were not Bradley, chances are Pacquiao's likely opponent would do the same thing.

The fight obviously means more to Bradley since he will be continuing his career from there. Pacquiao claims that this will be his last fight, win or lose.

Of course, there is that looming thought of him returning if the one on the other end is interesting. This is in reference to Floyd Mayweather Jr. who retired back in September but has not completely closed the doors to a possible return.

With that in mind, it wouldn't be surprising if Pacquiao ends up covering his shoulder. It may be fully healed as claimed, but the fact is that a serious hit could damage it altogether once again.
