After eight weeks of being married, the couples featured ot the latest FYI reality show "Married At First Sight" are showing signs of trouble as the three pairs get to know each other better.

The episode featured this week started right where the last week's episode ended, when Jamie and Doug Hehner went to Jamie's childhood place for a visit. The said move is actually a big deal for Jamie, who barely talks to her new husband. Yet she is still uncomfortable telling Doug her whole story, since she still does not feel really close to her husband.

At first, things are doing well for the Hehners. But when they returned to their apartment that night, the couple had a huge fight. Jamie smelled cigarette smoke on Doug, but he denied that he smoked when she confronted him. Doug was seen very defensive in the episode, and ever swear on his mother's life that he did not light a cigarette. But after too much prodding, Doug eventually admitted to Jamie that he did smoke. That's when Jamie became really furious with Doug, and told him that he is immature, selfish, and a person who cannot be trusted.

Jason and Courtney Carrion, on the other hand, had their own drama. Jason became upfront with his new wife and explained to her why he is still not prepared to introduce her to his ailing mother. He said that he wants to be sure that their marriage will work out first before making the big move. The ever patient Courtney understood Jason's concern, and they both agreed to try to make their relationship work.

Finally, Monet and Vaughn Copeland had a visit from Vaughn's mother. She told the couple that they have the potential to make their relationship last, just as long as they will learn to respect each other and accept each other as is.

The three newlyweds also met with Dr. Joseph Cilona to discuss the events that happened during that week.

Married at First Sight has been renewed by FYI for its second season, which will air in 2015.
