This week on "Married to Medicine," Lisa Nicole and Jill went to Toya's place to have a bit of girl time, and they talked about Jill's Prohibition Party and how fun it was. Toya said that she was confused at how Mariah and Quad were acting at the party because last season, they were at each other's throats and now, "they're back to holding hands, coming in and singing songs." Lisa said that she didn't know what happened but she hoped that Mariah and Quad were able to revive their friendship.

Dr. Simone dropped by Mariah's house and they also talked about the party. Mariah said that she felt like she was in Twilight Zone because everyone was so nice to her. She certainly didn't expect that from the ladies. Mariah was invited to go the Bahamas with the ladies, and Simone could only hope that all of them would be able to start over and really become a cohesive group.

Everyone met up at the airport and they got on a plane to the Bahamas. At the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach resort, they were greeted by local dancers and they all joined in on the dancing.

In her confessional, Dr. Jackie said that it would be interesting having Mariah and her husband with them on the trip because last season, they chose to skip the couples' trip. Jackie hoped that there wouldn't be any drama and that there wouldn't be "any tsunamis."

But that's exactly what happened when, over dinner, Mariah asked the ladies why none of them never bothered to get in touch with her after she had a miscarriage.

"I was pregnant with twins and nobody even sent some flowers?" Mariah asked.

Mariah started crying at the table when everyone began talking about how the group was a family, and her husband, Ayden, comforted her. Ayden led her back to their room, and some of the ladies had no idea what just happened.

Next week, on the episode titled "Baha-Mania," the ladies continue to reflect on their relationships with each other. But what is supposed to be a relaxing time in the Bahamas turns out to be anything but stress-free. In order to get everyone back on track to the original purpose why they came to the island, Dr. Simone gathers everyone to go on a medical mission to serve others who are less fortunate so that the feuding parties could focus their attention on them rather than on each other.

"Married to Medicine" airs Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
