This week on "Married to Medicine," some of the ladies reflected on their relationships with one another during their vacation at the Wyndham Fortuna Beach resort in the Bahamas. To get their minds off their past and present feuds. Dr. Simone arranged for everyone to join her on a medical mission in the area to help the less fortunate.

After her meltdown from last week, Mariah said that she's starting over as she began her day with a good book and a cup of tea. Dr. Jackie called home to check on her dad, and she was happy to know that he was ok. While walking on the beach, Jackie told Quad that she was proud of her for her behavior from the night before, as Quad apologized to those she had offended.

Meanwhile, Dr. Simone thought it important for all the doctors and the wives to help the community. By participating in a medical mission, she hoped that they could do something meaningful and that everyone would realize how blessed they are.

While lounging on the beach, Lisa Nicole, Dr. Heavenly and Toya were talking when Jill decided to join them. Toya said Heavenly hadn't spoken to Jill yet.

Heavenly said, "I can't have intelligent conversation with people who are not intelligent."

"So what are you saying?" Jill asked. "I can read you, baby doll."

"It's not about reading — it's about being respectful to one another," Heavenly said.

"Are you saying I'm not intelligent?" Jill demanded.

"Exactly," Heavenly fired back.

The two continued to trade insults until Heavenly got up and left.

Later, all the couples rode on a shuttle on the way to the medical mission site, and Simone told everyone to watch for anyone who had high blood pressure or high sugar levels and make a note of them. Their names would be submitted to Karazim Ministries, who would then give the people the medication that they require.

While the doctors were doing checkups and giving medical advice, the others helped by giving people refreshments and some goods before they left.

"This is probably the high point of the trip so far," said Jackie.

Next week, the couples go on couples' therapy, which turns into a group therapy session between Mariah and some of the ladies. The episode sees the group going back to Atlanta, and once they reach home, Quad hosts a "Heroes for Healthcare" event in hopes of bringing all the women together. But because of unresolved issues from the Bahamas, Heavenly decides not to attend. At the event, Toya and Mariah have a confrontation, and the group questions whether Mariah still belongs to their circle.

"Married to Medicine" airs Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
